Officials Online Testing Starting February 15th!!
Officials Online Testing for the spring sports of Baseball, Flag Football, Softball, Track, and Water Polo become available online on Feb 15th. Here's what you need to know:
- Your login is not necessarily the same as in IFHSAA. You create a new login separately. If you have taken an online test with us before you need to use that login. If you have not taken an online test with us before, you need to use the "Click Here to Register" button to create a testing account.
- When you are creating a brand new testing account, the system will ask you for a "Security Question", and a "Security Answer". These are used in the event that you lose your password, and need to have it reset. An example of a "Security Question" is "What is your Mother's Maiden Name?"
- Be warned that once you answer a question, you cannot change your answer afterwards. You can skip the question and then return to answer it, but if you answer the question, you are stuck with it.
- Check out the Frequently Asked Questions at https://testing.fhsaa.org/FAQs.htm
- If you have any questions contact Gabe DeJesus at 352-372-9551 x395

- Click here to go to the rules videos page. You will not need to log in.
- Select the Springs Sports menu, and select your video. Hit the Play button.
- The initial FHSAA Overview video is loaded. It will take approximately 30 minutes to view this video.
- The sports specific video will load next. This video will take anywhere between 20 and 50 minutes.
- At the end of the sports specific video, a screen will appear in which you have to hit a button within 15 seconds to get credit.
- After you hit this button, you will take a short quiz. You need to pass this quiz with a minimum of 80%.
- After sucessfully completing the quiz, you will be asked if you are a coach, official, or both.
- Select the appropriate option. If you are a coach, you will be asked what school you coach for, and what sport you coach (checkboxes at the bottom). If you are an official you will be asked for your social security number (or FHSAA ID). This is required to give you credit for the video within iFHSAA.
- After previewing and completing the form, you will be presented with a certificate, and you will also be emailed a confirmation.
If you have any questions on this process, please email
New Entry List Format
Due to various issues with displaying the entry lists in PDF format, the FHSAA has changed the format to HTML. This will alleviate several issues including the ability to add more than 30 students to the list, and generating the list while logged into a secure session.
Can't Find a particular student on your entry list??
...They're most likely marked with the wrong gender. Look up your student under student listings, and you can modify the students gender (within our database) there.
